Today was a day much needed! A friend of mine came by to just relax and have a social day. Had some Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks. We exchanged movies and TV shows, and after today I am basically good to go for any breaks to just binge watch :p
We watched the Cinderella movie from 1997, I have never seen it before and it was amusingly good! I couldn’t stop singing after watching it. We had pizza, which apparently we tend to do whenever she comes over ;p
After that we ended up watching Once Upon A Time season 1, well just 3 episodes before she had to go home. And, I was HOOKED after episode one, hah. A show I was meant to catch up on a WHILE back, along with Chuck. I promise I shall watch all of them soon enough, hah! Besides the binge watching, I gave her late birthday present and card while she gave me BOOKS and STICKERS! She spoils me, I swear.
For my book haul, I ended up receiving the I Am Number Four incomplete series by Pittacus Lore, A Million Suns by Beth Revis, Mac in the City of Light by Christopher Ward, Anna Bank’s Syrena Legacy, and The Infinite Moment of Us by Laureen Myracle! She also gave me an Agent Carter sticker and a photo of Hayley Atwell from FanExpo along with The Book Thief sticker (so cool!)
Overall, such a fun day. We rarely see each other, but it’s nice to be able to just have a day to catch up and hang once in a while.
